XTH Registration
I wanted to register an account to use the XTH feature today, but I misspelled the e-mail adress. (Mine has the number 2 which I totally forgot about..) So anyway, what do I do now? Does the activation e-mail expire after a certain period of time, or is there a way to send it to another e-mail adress?

You'll have to contact support. Most likely have to provide them with proof that the GW account you tied the email address to is yours (the key for instance) and they should be able to jiggle it around for you.

afaik you can just register another one to your real email address and completely forget about the one you misspelled
since you misspelled the email it is not tied to your account in any way |

I'll just temporarily activate the account using his e-mail adress then, since I want to use it only for XTH (bought Factions first, then complete edition, so I have an extra account I don't really use), and then I'll try contacting support to see if they can change the e-mail.
Thanks a lot! Btw, how exactly do I contact support? I see there's a support link on guildwars.com, but it takes me to that PlayNC website, with some links I can't click on.. Yes, "Ask A Question" would be the way to contact support.
And the GvG predictions are already closed(as of your last post), just the HvH left and that's a guessing game. If I were you, I'd just start the process with support to get your email corrected so you'll have it in time for the next mAT. |
